Melanie
Krattiger
Melanie Krattiger is a Swiss-Portuguese legal professional and international strategist, based in the United Arab Emirates. Trained in law in Switzerland and fluent in four languages, she operates at the intersection of legal structuring, investment strategy, and global energy markets.
She began her career advising high-net-worth individuals and an Asian investment fund, specializing in real estate and hospitality investments, where she developed expertise in cross-border structuring, complex transactions, and capital deployment strategies.
Her progression into real estate consulting further strengthened her role as a strategic advisor on acquisitions, development, and asset positioning. She later expanded into the oil and gas sector, where she became actively involved in the structuring and coordination of large-scale, multi-jurisdictional transactions requiring precision, discretion, and alignment of diverse stakeholders.
Melanie currently serves as Head of Strategy — Asia & Middle East at NETOIL ENERGY, where she drives strategic growth, structures high-value opportunities, and oversees the execution of complex energy transactions across international markets.
Her approach is defined by rigorous legal insight, strategic clarity, and the ability to navigate the nuances of global business with discipline and discretion.
Head of Strategic Partnerships — Europe & Americas
Gislaine
de Abreu
Gislaine de Abreu is a Brazilian-French executive and international commodities strategist, based in the United States. With a degree in Systems Analysis and fluency in four languages, she brings a rare combination of analytical precision and cross-cultural intelligence to global business.
Her career spans more than two decades across three distinct industries — international sports, luxury trade, and publishing — where she led high-level negotiations, structured complex agreements, and built long-standing relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. This multidisciplinary background has shaped a distinctive approach to international deal-making, grounded in cultural awareness, discretion, and strategic positioning.
In 2023, she founded GDK Investment Group LLC, a commodities intermediary operating across energy, agricultural, and metals markets. Under her leadership, the firm focuses on the structuring and facilitation of high-value transactions, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation integrity, and counterparty credibility.
She currently serves as Head of Strategic Partnerships — Europe & Americas at NETOIL ENERGY, where she leads the development of international alliances, originates strategic opportunities, and supports the execution of complex energy transactions across key global markets.
Her work is guided by a fundamental principle: in international trade, the true asset is not the commodity itself, but the trust that makes the transaction possible.
